1. Introduction
Welcome to Skincare Shop. By accessing or using this website (https://skincareshop.co.za), or placing an order, you (“you”, “customer”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Information, and Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the website or place any orders.
2. Definitions
We / Us / Our means Skincare Shop (online-only skincare retailer in South Africa).
You / Customer / Buyer means any person using the website or making a purchase.
Product(s) means any item available for sale on this website.
Order means the request submitted to purchase Products via the checkout.
3. Order Acceptance & Processing
All orders are subject to acceptance at our discretion and Product availability.
After you place an order and complete payment, you will receive an Order Confirmation. This does not mean your order is accepted.
Acceptance occurs when the Product is dispatched.
We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT (unless otherwise stated).
Payment must be made at the time of placing the order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery to remote or rural addresses may take longer; such delays may be beyond our control.
Risk of damage or loss passes to you once the Product is in the hands of the courier (unless damage is clearly the courier’s fault).
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within [e.g. 1 hour / 24 hours] before dispatch; beyond that time, cancellation may not be accepted.
Returned Products must be in original, unused condition, with original packaging intact.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the Product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
