1. Introduction

Welcome to Skincare Shop. By accessing or using this website (https://skincareshop.co.za), or placing an order, you (“you”, “customer”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Information, and Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the website or place any orders.


2. Definitions

  • We / Us / Our means Skincare Shop (online-only skincare retailer in South Africa).

  • You / Customer / Buyer means any person using the website or making a purchase.

  • Product(s) means any item available for sale on this website.

  • Order means the request submitted to purchase Products via the checkout.


3. Order Acceptance & Processing

  • All orders are subject to acceptance at our discretion and Product availability.

  • After you place an order and complete payment, you will receive an Order Confirmation. This does not mean your order is accepted.

  • Acceptance occurs when the Product is dispatched.

  • We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.


4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT (unless otherwise stated).

  • Payment must be made at the time of placing the order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery to remote or rural addresses may take longer; such delays may be beyond our control.

  • Risk of damage or loss passes to you once the Product is in the hands of the courier (unless damage is clearly the courier’s fault).


6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

  • Our Refund & Returns Policy page outlines the conditions, timelines, and procedures for returns and refunds.

  • Orders may be cancelled within [e.g. 1 hour / 24 hours] before dispatch; beyond that time, cancellation may not be accepted.

  • Returned Products must be in original, unused condition, with original packaging intact.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the Product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
